Threshold Passages, Inc., a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, provides the Journey to Manhood program, which has a 100-year mission for the boys of our community. By the time a century has passed, it is our goal to make initiation and mentoring an integral part of society once again. At that time there will be no need for organizations like ours because it will be a part of what we all do. As in any volunteer organization there are a number of areas that donor support assists us in achieving our mission. We are looking for financial support this year to serve a greater number of financially challenged individuals of lower income, mainly teenage boys and their family systems. Our goal has always been to provide an excellent opportunity for boys to get in touch with that part in themselves that they find most challenging and that may be keeping them "stuck" in their lives. Our JourneyMen have impacted our program through their leadership and insight. This is one of the few places in society where a boy's input can set policy, affect change, improve process, over the course of their adolescence as well as into their years as a mentor. This is a full circle of involvement and we have seen exceptional change in both JourneyMen and Mentors. ~No boy or man has ever been turned down for lack of money.~ We NEED your Financial support.
